Most people unfamiliar with this kind of service will understandably be uncomfortable about it.  Hopefully some of these answers will help put our customers minds at ease.

Q: Can you access my computer whenever you like without me knowing?

A: No. You have to grant us access to your computer whenever support is needed.  You are in complete control.

Q: I’m worried of people hacking into my computer through TeamViewer.  How secure is it?

A: TeamViewer uses 2048-bit RSA key exchange and 256-bit AES session encoding which makes it virtually impossible to hijack a session or use it to hack into your computer.

Q: How does the health monitoring service work?

A: There are 2 types of health monitoring we provide, limited & full.   Limited is free of charge whereas full is extra per computer.  When you subscribe, you will need to get in touch with us so we can set up the health monitoring on the computer(s) you have requested the service for.  Whenever we are notified of an issue with your computer(s) we will get in touch with you so we can resolve it.  This pro-active approach means less down time and more peace of mind for our customers.

Q: Does the health monitoring service monitor my personal files? 

A: Absolutely not.  The health monitoring service only monitors key systems of your OS and flags any potential problems.
